SCHAB MADE WITH PEPPER AND MUSHROOMS

Today I have a recipe for dinner for you that everyone in my family likes. Waist porks filled with paprika and mushrooms are good alternatives for carnivores. You will find it in it, aside from meat, most vegetables, which we eat too little.
Such meat filled with vegetables is not only for Sunday lunch, but for every day of the week. It doesn't take too much time and tastes good. I would recommend :)


SCHAB MADE WITH PEPPER AND MUSHROOMS
pork chunks
salt, pepper

stuffing
1 large pepper
2 medium onions
0.5 kg of mushrooms
salt, pepper
breading
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt, pepper
cooking oil
Cut the meat into slices, crush it with a slightly thin pestle, preferably through foil. Season with salt and pepper. Fill vegetables into small cubes. Heat a little oil in a skillet and saute onions. Add mushrooms and paprika and fry over high heat to evaporate the liquid. Season salt and pepper quite intensively.
Place a portion of the filling on the broken waist and roll it firmly on the roll. Bread in broken eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Fry in oil, on each side, until browned. Serve with potatoes and your favorite salad
