Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe

This Parmesan Crusted Chicken is an easy idea to eat. We use thin chicken breasts, covered with a delicious layer of Parmesan and then fried to make them crispy. Add this chicken idea to your dinner this week

This Parmesan Crusted Chicken requires only a few ingredients. He does it for a super simple meal during the week. Be sure to use grated Parmesan cheese. The grated Parmesan cheese will NOT work. I used butter to cover my pan. The butter really adds a great flavor to the chicken and allows it to cook so perfectly.

HOW TO MAKE PARMESIAN CRUSHED CHICKEN

  • Cut each breast in half and peel it about 1/2 "thick.
  • Beat the egg and water in a shallow bowl until they are mixed.
  • Add the garlic, salt and pepper and beat to mix.
  • Place the Parmesan cheese in another shallow bowl.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in the egg mixture making sure to cover them.
  • Let the excess egg drip.
  • Place in parmesan. Sprinkle more Parmesan on top. Press gently, then turn and repeat on the other side. Shake off the excess. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  • Place the butter and oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  • Place the chicken and do not move it until the edges are browned (so that the cheese sticks to the chicken, about 3 minutes).
  • Press lightly with the spatula, then turn it and, again, do not move until it is golden brown.
  • Press lightly with a spatula and remove to a serving dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp minced Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Place parmesan in another shallow bowl.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture making sure to coat.

  • Place in parmesan. Sprinkle more parmesan over top. Gently press, then turn and repeat on other side. Shake off excess. Repeat with remaining chicken.
