Do I need a cast iron skillet to make this recipe?

No, but you should definitely! I am a HUGE fan of cast iron pans, and they are my favorite type of skillet in the world.

Why? They are affordable, last a lifetime and make the taste of food even better because it is pre-seasoned. In addition, you can sauté, brown, fry, bake and fry with it.

Although mine does not have the control of the assistant, this of Lodge yes, it is better to take the pan. You can get yours at Amazon here or at any kitchen / cookware store.
