They are awesome! I have family that request them every valentine's day. Plus, if you are trying to be concious of eating a little healthier, this is a great option for portion control versus an entire piece of pie.
THE BEST SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
1 C. butter
1.5 C. sugar
3 eggs
2 T. milk
4 C. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Add other ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight.
- Roll dough into 1/4 inch thickness and cut to desired shape with a cookie cutter. (I like my sugar cookies to be BIG so I tend to use the biggest heart cookie cutter I can find.
