BASEMENT BROWNIES

These was AWESOME!! Rich, oooey and gooey! The only change I made to this recipe was to substitute ground walnuts in place of chopped pecans (for the kids). In my opinion, this recipe was more time consuming than many brownie recipes.

Make sure to cool bars completely, cut into small pieces and have LOTS of milk nearby!! The only thing I will do differently next time is to melt the caramel in a glass bowl over pan with boiling water (double broiler effect).

The caramel made a mess out of my pot. I had to put water in the pot and heat to get all the caramel out. However, the preparation and clean up was WORTH every bite!

COPYCAT STARBUCKS BANANA BREAD RECIPE

This is the best banana bread I have ever had. I made it and took it to work everyone wanted the recipe. Freezes really well too, though you probably won't have any left to freeze!This is the ultimate banana bread recipe! I make it for all different groups of people and everyone loves it! I modify the recipe slightly, though, by using 2 loaf pans instead of a 9x13. Temperature and cook time stay the same. My favorite part about this recipe? It always comes out perfect!

This makes wonderfully moist, flavorful, bread! My family loves it so much that they will let the bananas go brown just so I have to make it. I've made this one many times and it always turns out great. It's the best tasting recipe for banana bread!! I've also had to substitute regular milk for the buttermilk since I don't always have it on hand.


COPYCAT STARBUCKS BANANA BREAD RECIPE

Awesome Banana Bread! Moist too! A friend came over & we made it together, now we take turns making some and bringing it to work!Very easy and very good - will definitely make this recipe again. It's lighter than more traditional recipes, both in texture and in calories.This turned out so great and was SO easy! I doubled the recipe and it disappeared. I used half brown/half white sugar as I didn't have enough white and it was wonderful. Making it again tonight!

SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES BARS

Yummy oat bars filled with a gooey layer of caramel and chocolate!This is one of the best Caramel Bar recipes I have made. These are simply delicious and easy to make. I would suggest not spreading the caramel mixture clear to the edge of the pan, as it bubbles over the crust and becomes a bit harder. I had to trim about 1" of the outside crust, where the caramel was tough.

I used milk chocolate chips, semi sweet chips, AND Heath Toffee bits. I did make them in the 9x13 pan, which works well. It does make the topping a little scattered on top, but it's OK, it just shows you the ribbons of caramel and chocolate that lie underneath...yummy!

I ended up using flax seed flour b/c I had no all-purpose on hand. Worked out WELL (plus I felt less guilty). :p Next time I'm going to replace the chocolate w/carob. The chocolate and caramel were a bit sweet to me. Like others I doubled most ingredients, but not the nuts. I just used a bag of chocolate chunks and bag of packaged caramels. Yummy thru and thru. These keep well in the freezer if wrapped individually in wax paper and placed in a sealed container. Wait until they have firmed a good bit before trying to cut. Makes it less messy. A good spray of oil would probably help them release a bit better. 



RASPBERRY BANANA AND BLUEBERRY MACARONS

Fantabulous colored,raspberry banana and bluebery fruit for bite-sized macaroons. Divide batter into thirds and color one-third pink and flavor with raspberry flavoring; color one-third yellow and flavor with lemon flavoring; color one-third pale blue and flavor with vanilla. Fill and make sandwich cookies with filling of choice, like peach jam or strawberry preserves.

I have made macarons twice before and was fairly successful. With this recipe, however, my macarons stuck to the parchment paper and that has never happened to me before. I liked that the macarons aren't as sweet as the ones I've made before and seem lighter. That's why I would like to try this recipe again and see if maybe I should have baked a little longer... I'm not sure what the cause of my problem was but these cookies are difficult to master so I will troubleshoot until I get them right.


RASPBERRY BANANA AND BLUEBERRY MACARONS

They turned out easier to make than I expected! The hardest part was to make them perfectly circular! I got around that using the cupcake baking sheet. Just make sure to use the paper cups and remove them when still a bit warm, CAREFULLY!! And voila! You have perfectly round shaped macaroons without any effort! :-)


THE BEST APPLE PIE EVER

A perfect blend of unique flavors comes together to make this amazing apple pie. I just came up with it one day when I couldn't find an apple pie recipe that was appealing. have to say that this pie came out amazing. It was very simple to make, and tastes fantastic. This was the first pie I have ever baked from scratch (I used the No Fail Pie Crust recipe) and it came out better than anything my parents have ever made. My dad said it rivaled my grandmothers, so I know it has something going for it. The vanilla and maple syrup add interesting notes of flavor. In summary, great tasting and easy to make. I loved it

Prepared this pie for Thanksgiving and I hit it outta the park..!! I did bake the crust a bit before adding the apples though. The crust was perfect in every way. The pie was the belle of the ball..!! I was very proud of it too, as it's my 1st pie .Quick, Easy and Delicious!it was good, but lacked that traditional feel i was looking for. On its own merits its a great pie though!!


THE BEST APPLE PIE EVER

Just what I was waiting for!! So much flavor. I have been looking for a recipe for apple pie for years that encompasses the cinnamon and nutmeg flavors and I could never find the right one. Now I have found it! Thank you!! Now, this is the only apple pie recipe I use for my family. I made this recipe twice. Once with pie crust on top and once with a crumb topping. Both ways are excellent! This is not your grandmother's "traditional" apple pie. I absolutely LOVE IT!

CLASSIC CHEESECAKE WITH RASPBERRY SAUCE

Great recipe!! I took other reviewers advice and had a great turn out. I did cut the cookies on the bottom edge so they would stand up straight- very easy. I also chopped the cookies for the bottom part of the pan which made it easier to cut slices later. I used frozen raspberries- thawed and drained them then sprinkled with sugar before using. The whole thing turned out incredible!!

For the crust:
12 Honey Graham Cracker rectangles
⅓ cup butter, melted

For the cheesecake:
4 (8oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
4 large eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Raspberry Sauce:
2 pints raspberry
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

This cake is very moist and so easy to make.. thats important. My family and my neighbor is always invite for this party. they always eat more than once so I

1 box white cake mix
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1/3 cup canola oil
1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

FOR THE FROSTING:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla

4 to 4 1/2 cups confectioner’ s sugar
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
